March 1st, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Introducing a new Manager user level with privileges close to that of an admin. Managers have the authority to supervise field service users, operators, and clients. They can set up customers, assign them to users, and allocate report templates. Explore this feature on the Tools Page > Users > Managers. Remember, Manager accounts will be counted towards your user seats. To promote a user from an Employee level to Manager, simply edit the user profile, select Manager from the User Group Permission dropdown menu, and hit Update.
February 13th, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to disable a Customer > Unit > Template reporting schedule if you disable any element before the template. This should prevent you from having any scheduled tasks show up in your Pending Reports list when the customer, unit, or template is disabled.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where PDF images in Cell Notes and Report Images were smaller than intended on the exported PDFs. (Note: Take photos in landscape, please.)
- 🎉(Feature): Added logic to support recognizing the name of each panel that was modified in the scheduler function, making it easier to understand what has been modified.
January 30th, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename inventory items.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename pumps associated with inventory items.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename water meters.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to force the Service Grid to be at least 10% completed before being marked as complete.

This is helpful if you want to go back to the panel and make edits like adding additional tests or changing ranges. - 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where complex calculations (more than three factors) were not calculated properly on the mobile application, causing the web version to not render these tests. This has been fixed and a warning has been added to alert you when you have calculated tests with null variables.

- Reverse Osmosis Normalization Report: This new RO report will provide you with a centralized location to input all the operating conditions of the reverse osmosis machine. Based on the readings, and their control ranges, MTR will provide suggestive feedback, automated summary reports, and follow on tasks for continued preventative maintenance.
