March 1st, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Introducing a new Manager user level with privileges close to that of an admin. Managers have the authority to supervise field service users, operators, and clients. They can set up customers, assign them to users, and allocate report templates. Explore this feature on the Tools Page > Users > Managers. Remember, Manager accounts will be counted towards your user seats. To promote a user from an Employee level to Manager, simply edit the user profile, select Manager from the User Group Permission dropdown menu, and hit Update.
February 13th, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to disable a Customer > Unit > Template reporting schedule if you disable any element before the template. This should prevent you from having any scheduled tasks show up in your Pending Reports list when the customer, unit, or template is disabled.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where PDF images in Cell Notes and Report Images were smaller than intended on the exported PDFs. (Note: Take photos in landscape, please.)
- 🎉(Feature): Added logic to support recognizing the name of each panel that was modified in the scheduler function, making it easier to understand what has been modified.
January 30th, 2024:
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename inventory items.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename pumps associated with inventory items.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to rename water meters.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to force the Service Grid to be at least 10% completed before being marked as complete.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to force the Inventory, Pump, and Meter to be completed before the report may be submitted.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to Synchronize the Panels with your Panel Test Grid. We also added a checkbox to force the importation of the ranges, units of measure, and sort order.
- 🎉(Feature): The original Panel name will be shown in the Change Panel Name pop-up window when you pull down to select a panel to rename. This is helpful if you want to go back to the panel and make edits like adding additional tests or changing ranges. This is also helpful if you have calculations in the panel - if you set the calculations in the panel, then when you Synchronize the calculations will auto-implement and resolve.
- 🎉(Feature): Customer Groups will now apply each customer in series when applied to a user. Previously this would just list the group selected.
- 🎉(Feature): Added 'Each' as an option for the Product Manager Units of Measure and Container Type.
- 🎉(Feature): Added 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60-gallon double-walled tanks as a container option.
- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to add all / remove all from the Unit Specific Recipients list to save time and effort.

- 🐞(Bug): Quick Phrase Manager rich text would cause HTML errors in the report. This issue has been resolved.
- 🐞(Bug): Backdated reports would show the original backdate on the PDF sent to the customer. This has been fixed to show the selected day, while the MTR UI shows the original date of creation for transparency purposes. This is for Admins and Managers only.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed a search issue in Completed Reports that would only show the first table of results, excluding the remainder of the found reports.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where the water meter data would not show in a report if the template had been updated.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where extra 0's would be present in imported Panels and Templates.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed a bug with Trending that would export the graph in PDF form making the graph unreadable. The new fix also enables report notes to be listed here.

- 🎉(Feature): All Inventory and Meter inputs will be active on the mobile app, even if empty. This is to allow the user the ability to add inventories, pumps, and meters from the field.
- 🐞(Bug): We fixed an issue with the mobile app not showing Approved reports in the PDF list view. Now Submitted and Approved reports will both be shown once you select the Customer, Unit, and Template.

- 🎉(Feature): Added the ability to pull the previous water meter, pump, and inventory readings from the website for each report.

- 🐞(Bug): Fixed the test ranges update sequence on the mobile app. Previously this would allow you to change the range, for this report only. Now, if you select the 'Previous Report' as the source, the previous reports ranges will populate instead of the template ranges.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an issue where complex calculations (more than three factors) were not calculated properly on the mobile application, causing the web version to not render these tests. This has been fixed and a warning has been added to alert you when you have calculated tests with null variables.
- 🐞(Bug): Fixed an upload error message for reports that have already been uploaded from the mobile app.

- Reverse Osmosis Normalization Report: This new RO report will provide you with a centralized location to input all the operating conditions of the reverse osmosis machine. Based on the readings, and their control ranges, MTR will provide suggestive feedback, automated summary reports, and follow on tasks for continued preventative maintenance.
