How long does it take to set up MTR?

We'll have you up and running within 15 minutes after your demo. 

During the demo we'll show you how to set up customers, units, and report templates to ensure you get the most out of your field trial. 

Do you provide any turnkey setup services?

Certainly! Our pricing structure is simple and transparent. We offer a flat rate of $1000 for every 100 accounts, with a minimum charge of $1000. Now, let's define what we mean by "accounts." Each account consists of:

1 - Customer
1 - Unit, and
1 - Report

So, if you happen to have a single customer with 15 units, that setup will be counted as 15 accounts, rather than just 1. The same principle applies to report template creation. If you require multiple report templates, each one will be considered as a separate setup out of the 100.

The best part is, most companies find it incredibly easy to set up their accounts within just a day or two of joining MTR. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and dedication to ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Yes, absolutely! There is nothing more disheartening than dedicating countless years and resources into a software program only to discover that your data is held hostage as a strategy to keep your business.
