How long does it take to set up MTR?

Our onboarding process empowers you to become a master at setting up your customers, units, and report templates, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way. Experience a personalized screen-sharing session where we personally guide you through the setup process, providing continuous support and guidance as you become proficient in it.

Do you provide any turnkey setup services?

Certainly! Our pricing structure is simple and transparent. We offer a flat rate of $1000 for every 100 accounts, with a minimum charge of $1000. Now, let's define what we mean by "accounts." Each account consists of 1 - Customer, 1 - Unit, and 1 - Report. So, if you happen to have a single customer with 15 units, that setup will be counted as 15 accounts, rather than just 1. The same principle applies to report template creation. If you require multiple report templates, each one will be considered as a separate setup out of the 100.

The best part is, most companies find it incredibly easy to set up their accounts within just a day or two of joining MTR. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and dedication to ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our valued clients.
